Our comfortable studio with its stunning sea view is fully furnished and equipped with all the basic household necessities that will make you feel like home away from the city’s noise in the middle of the pure green environment. Its outdoor furniture will give you the opportunity not only to watch the amazing Cretan sea view but also the sunset while relaxing and enjoying your meals or your drink. Moreover, it has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with an air conditioning system, 2 twin beds, a wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and a sea view balcony. It provides free linen, towels, Wi-Fi free Internet, air conditioning units, a hair dryer, a refrigerator, two hotplates, an electric kettle, a sandwich maker, a filter coffee machine and soundproof windows. In the building, there is a reception desk with a safe box, a shared laundry area with a laundry machine, an iron and ironing board. In the outdoor space, there are shared areas such as a swimming pool with sun beds, parasols and a shower in the green environment with its lovely ocean view and a free private parking lot.

The small village of Megala Chorafia is not far from the sea and the beaches while it is situated in a quiet and green area. There, you will find taverns, a coffee shop and a mini market. Nearby, is the old town of Aptera which has been inhabited since the Bronze Age and was destroyed by the Arabs in the 9th century. Archeologists found graves, temples and the remains of houses and fortifications from Hellenic, Roman and Byzantine times. The city of Aptera is the largest Roman site on the island of Crete since it was extremely important for both the Minoans and the Romans due to its geographical location above the largest natural harbor in the Mediterranean Sea. From there, someone can see the spectacular view over the Bay of Souda and the Turskish fortress of Izzedine. The nearest beautiful sandy beach of Kiani Akti, offering plenty of water sports and efficient service is around 5 min away from the lodging which is well-organized with its crystal clear blue waters. Since it is not crowded, not only it is an ideal choice for families with children but also for groups of young people to spend a whole day there while having a coffee shop, a restaurant, a canteen nearby. Thanks to the Kiliaris River with its many water springs that flows along the beach has water throughout the year and it is considered one of the largest rivers of Crete. The beach is suitable for swimming and sports activities such as beach volley for the sports lovers, providing a coffee shop, a restaurant and sun beds.

A car would be recommended to be able to visit all the natural beauties and wonders our island has to offer such as our wonderful beach of Kalives which is around 10 min away by car with its organized beach, restaurants, taverns, coffee shops, a supermarket or to even visit other beaches and our city’s tourist attractions such as the Old Town, the Old Harbor, the Nautical Museum of Crete, Georgioupoli Beach and more.
