Beautiful Villa Eva IV with Panoramic Sea View is one of the four semi-detached 3-bedroom Villas Eva are placed in wonderful gardens, 300 meters from the lovely sandy beach of Stalos, with distant mountain views and side sea views, with a common swimming pool. Every villa is about 100 sqm and it can ideally accommodate up to 6 guests. The picturesque old town of Chania is 7,7 km away.

The combination of the courtyard, the garden with local flowers, the tower-like building and the multi-level space create a relaxing environment.
Every Villa Eva is decorated with traditional furniture. On the second level there are three bedrooms with air conditioning (one bedroom with a double-bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each). On every level there is a bathroom with a bathtub. On the first level there is a living room area with an open fireplace and a satellite/smart TV, a fully-equipped kitchen with all the mandatory electrical appliances such as fridge and refrigerator, a filter coffee maker, a water kettler, a hairdryer, a toaster and a washing machine for dishes and clothes. There is a dining table, veranda with garden or side sea views. A washing-machine and freeWi-Fi access is also provided.

The beautiful gardens include a good sized common swimming pool, which is shared by the Villas Eva and the neighboring 2-bedroom Villa Giorgos, and a nice barbecue corner. Although some of the best beaches on the island are so close, relaxing by the pool amid the smell of roses and jasmine is very tempting. Breakfast is also available upon request upon your arrival with an extra charge, it can be delivered to your villa and in many types of traditional and local (Cretan) breakfasts.The swimming pool is open from the start of April until the end of October.

In the area of Stalos, there are many traditional taverns, Super market, mini market, cafes. The bus stop is 800m away from the villa. Stalos is located 7km west of Chania, between Kalamaki and Agia Marina. Stalos is well developed and attracts a large number of visitors each summer. Kato Stalos, which is the coastal part of the wider area called Stalos, has a fantastic sandy beach. The beach is very well organized and provides any required touristic services. Therefore, the beach is awarded every year with a blue flag. Pano Stalos, located 150m south, is a beautiful traditional village, surrounded by green hills and amazing formations of rocks. Stalos is an ideal place to stay for holiday. It is close to the city of Chania and offers all necessary services to its visitors. There are also regular bus services to the city of Chania.
