Dreamy Apartment near the sea is located in the heart of the city center of Chania, Koum Kapi area, on the 1st floor and it is perfectly located as you’ll find yourself in the city center and 5 minutes by foot from the picturesque old town. The organized beach of Koum Kapi is just 100m away. Nearby you will find shops, supermarkets, bakeries, cafeterias and the intercity bus station which is 1km away. From there you can easily take the bus to visit the most famous beaches of Chania such as Balos, Falasarna and Elafonissi.

Τhe apartment is new to our list of accommodations as well as to the list of tourist accommodations in general. It is fully renovated with modern elements to feel like your home. There is a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. In the living room there is a sofa which we can make into a single bed, an A/C, a HD TV , a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and a kitchen table. The accommodation provides free linen, bath towels, free Wi-Fi access, an iron with ironing board, a clothes rack and a hairdryer.

The apartment is so well situated that all your transportation can be done on foot since everything is around 100 – 300 m away but the most important of all is that the bus station is only 1km from the accommodation and you can reach different tourist attractions such as Samaria Gorge, the beaches of Elafonissi, Falassarna, Gramvousa, Balos but also all areas of Chania prefecture as well as Rethymnon and Heraklion.
