Gianna’s House in Gerani is a beautiful comfortable house fully equipped and furnished in a quiet area of the city of Chania, at Gerani with quick and easy access to the National Road at 500 m away. It is also only 1 km away from the tourist area of Platanias and 2 km from Agia Marina with its sandy organized beaches while at 300 meters away is located the quiet with small pebbles beach of Gerani.

The house is properly furnished and equipped so that you can spend beautiful vacation. Entering the house you will find a spacious open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and living space with a T.V. and an air-conditioning system. Moving forward are 2 bedrooms one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds with the possibility of becoming a very large double bed, each with its own air-conditioning unit and T.V. Next to the bedrooms, there is a large bathroom with a bathtub and a Washing Machine. At the outdoor area, there is a large terrace and a balcony with beautiful views of the city and the sea to enjoy your meals or your drink. Moreover, the lodging provides free WiFi Internet, TV, air-conditioning units, a laundry machine, Bed Linen and towels, an iron/ironing board, a hairdryer, a refrigerator, an electric cooker, a microwave, an electric kettle, a sandwich maker, a filter coffee machine, and 2 closed private parking lots.

Our house has fast and easy access within 500 m to the National Road so you can visit our world famous beaches of Falasarna, Elafonissi, Balos and Gramvousa, as well as all the sights of our city. Very close there is a large supermarket – “LIDL”, traditional taverns, big hotels and around 1 km away from Platanias with its shops & souvenirs, entertainment venues, taverns, restaurants, banks, a post office, a pharmacy, a supermarket and organized beaches with water sports if you wish.
