The apartment is situated in Halepa on the first floor, a historically significant area that houses the residence of Eleftherios Venizelos and the Tabaqaria, a coastal district where the old tanneries were located. Although these tanneries are now abandoned, they contribute to the captivating charm of Halepa’s aristocratic character. This is a construction from 2024 in the Chania area, combining modern design with all the electronic devices needed to meet your needs.
