This luxury apartment is located on the ground level and can host up to 4 guests.  As you get in the apartment there is an open plan kitchen, dining and seating area with a sofa, an armchair with footrest, a satellite smart TV with Netflix. There are 2 master bedrooms, one with a king size bedroom and the second has two twin beds. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. The accommodation provides free linen, towels, free Wi-Fi access, parking on the public road and there is a free parking space in about 30m at the wharf – port, an iron with ironing board, a hairdryer, a refrigerator, a kitchen, an electric kettle, a sandwich maker, a filter coffee machine, a clothes rack and A/C in both bedrooms and one in a living room. At the balcony, you will find an outdoor table with chairs.
In the nearby area you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, cafes, restaurants, postal offices etc. It’s convenient location in Kolymvari’s center simplifies your everyday shopping routine and also your travel routine because the bus stop is only 400m away. From there you can take a bus to Chania City or to the famous beaches of Chania such as Elafonisi, Balos and Falasarna. Going forward is the world-famous Orthodox Academy of Crete, which hosted the World Orthodox Congress a few years ago as well as numerous other international conferences in the past. You will travel through the Holy Monastery of Panagia shortly before arriving, where you will have the opportunity to view the museum and grounds. Furthermore, the historic olive tree in the village of Vouves, which is one of the seven olive trees in the Mediterranean region with a lifespan of over 3,000 years, is only a short distance from the lodge. Although its exact age is unknown, the Monumental Olive Tree, as it is known, is thought to be the oldest of the seven and has been designated as a nature preserve because of its unique aesthetic, ecological, and historical significance.
A car would be recommended to be able to visit all the natural beauties and wonders our island has to offer such as our wonderful beach of Elafonisi, Falassarna and Balos lagoon, restaurants, taverns, coffee shops, a supermarket or to even visit other beaches and our city’s tourist attractions such as the Old Town, the Old Harbor, the Nautical Museum of Crete.
