It is built at the village of Daratso 2 km away from the beaches of Kalamaki, Agioi Apostoloi and Chrissi Akti. The distance from Chania city center and Venetian port is about 5km.

Villa has a big garden full of beautiful plants and trees such as olive and palm trees with a lawn consisting of three floors with an alarm system, an electronic door system opening with an electronic card and a parking lot which opens through an automatic remote control with a ramp up to the entrance. At the ground floor there is a Private kitchen, dining and living space with a cupboard, a satellite TV, a WC, a bathroom with a bathtub, an air conditioning system, a fireplace, triple energy radiators and an amazing sea view and pool view. Also, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, electronic shutters, mosquito screens, a satellite TV, a ceiling fan and an air conditioning system which one of them has a pool view. At the patio there is outdoor furniture such as a dining table with chairs as well as sunbeds with umbrellas next to the pool. At the upper floor there is 1 bedroom with a double bed, electronic shutters, mosquito screens, a ceiling fan, air conditioning system, a satellite TV and a bathroom with shower. At the basement there is a gym with a state-of-the-art fitness equipment, an air conditioning system, a ceiling fan and a satellite TV, a bathroom with shower and an entertainment room with a tennis table, a TV, a PlayStation, a stereo radio/USB/Cd player, a double sofa bed and an air conditioning system. Each floor has a fire extinguisher. The accommodation provides free linen, towels, Wi-Fi free, parking lot, air conditioning system, a safety box, a vacuum cleaner, a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron with ironing board, a hairdryer, a refrigerator, a kitchen, a microwave, an electric kettle, a sandwich maker, a filter coffee machine, a BBQ, an outdoor oven.

Daratso is a beautiful, quiet and verdant area of Chania where it is very close to the sea with traditional restaurants, taverns, mini markets, coffee shops and supermarkets. Moreover, you can do water sports since the organized nearby beaches provide some of them.

There is a regular public transport to the city of Chania at about every 20 minutes which is 50 meters away from the accommodation.

The pool is built according to the Greek National Tourism Organization parents have the full responsibility to supervise their children. Children under 12 years old are forbidden to use the swimming pool without the supervision of an adult. Diving is forbidden.
