Nicol’s Pool Villa  with Sea View consists of 2 levels and a spectacular view to the sea. The villa has modern decoration elements where you can rest and feel peace and relaxation since the area where the villa is located is quiet.It is built in the village of Kalamaki 160m away from kamaki beach, 1km away from the most popular beaches in Chania island, 5km away from the old harbour.

At the patio, there is a private swimming pool with sunbeds enough for all villa’s guests, a traditional BBQ with an outdoor furniture such as a dining table with chairs under an umbrella where you can enjoy your meals. On the first level there are two bedrooms with a double bed, a bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. There is also a small kitchen with all the mandatory utensils and a dishwasher as well. On the second floor there is an open plan kitchen with a a refrigerator, a kitchen, an electric kettle, a sandwich maker, and a filter coffee machine. There is dining and seating area with a satellite smart TV and a fireplace, a bathroom with a bathtub. The accommodation provides free linen, bath towels & pool towels, Wi-Fi free access, free parking in the garage for two cars, air conditioning in all areas and bedrooms, a TV in all bedrooms a clothes dryer, an iron with ironing board, a hairdryer, a refrigerator, a kitchen, a microwave, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a sandwich maker, a filter coffee machine.

Kalamaki is a nice resort surrounded with olive groves 5km west of Chania Town. The clean sand and the deep blue waters are some of the main characteristics that make the beach so popular. The beach is located between the village of Galatas. It is well-organized and quite popular due to the numerous accommodation solutions, taverns and bars which are located nearby. In the west part of the beach, there is a small cove that divides the main beach with a narrow line of sand. As it is located on the northern side of Crete, Kalamaki is frequently affected by summer winds in August. There are buses running frequently from Chania Town.A car would be recommended to be able to visit all the natural beauties and wonders our island has to offer such as our wonderful beach of Elafonisi, Falassarna and Balos lagoon, restaurants, taverns, coffee shops, a supermarket or to even visit other beaches and our city’s tourist attractions such as the Old Town, the Old Harbor, the Nautical Museum of Crete.
