Panethimos House is brand new and ready to welcome guests!
It is situated in Panethimos, a lovely alpine village.
The decor and aesthetics are simple, with traditional features.
Our villa consists of 1 bedroom, 1 outside bathroom, 1 living room with air conditioning.
It has a garden and an outdoor dining space and also free WiFi and private parking and entrance.

At Panethimos House you will find once you enter, a dining table at the wall with comfortable seating and a kitchen space inside the open plan living room.
The house has one bedroom with a double bed that is perfect for a couple and it will make you feel like you are spending your nights in a mix of traditional and modern decorations. The bathroom is brand new and fully equipped as it is the kitchen. You will find all the necessary stuff for an enjoyable stay.
The living room with a TV has traditional furniture, a comfortable sofa and chairs where you can just chill and relax after a busy day.
At the front of the house you can find outdoor furniture such as a dining table with chairs where you can enjoy your meal while watching the spectacular surroundings and admire the traditional well that is situated there.
Lastly, you will find a balcony at the back side where there is furniture (table and chairs). You can easily choose where you would like to sit preferable outside to enjoy the beautiful environment and the clean air.

Panethimos is a semi-mountainous village located in Chania’s prefecture. It is 44 kilometers from Chania and around 14 kilometers from Kolymvari, to which it belongs.
A distinctive feature of the village square, which is encircled by plane and other trees.A traditional spring with running water is located in the same square, and a stream with a small waterfall is located next to the square. All of this, along with the well-preserved cistern and laundry, functioned as the focal point of the residents’ everyday lives.
The house is situated in an interior agricultural area that produces oil, wine, and cheese, with views of the White Mountains, particularly the Roka Gorge.
The flora in the area is incredible.
The easy-to-walk Deliana Gorge is nearby, and the village of Deliana has a couple of taverns and cafes serving traditional Greek cuisine.
A bit further away is the old Polyrinia, the Roman capital located on a steep hill with sweeping views of the surrounding country.
There are still ruins from that time period, such as the water reservoir.
The Polyrinia Gorge, which begins in Sirikari village and ends in Polirinia, is also worth seeing.
The area is peaceful, however around the August Full Moon, festivities in the neighbouring village of Roka take place.
