Peroulakis Traditional House is a traditional house 60 m2 in the area of Rodopou. There is a quick access to the national road where you can not only easily explore western Crete and its sandy beaches such as Falasarna. Balos lagoon and Gramvousa are the nearest beaches. The city center of Chania is 30 Km away from the house and Chania international airport is 47 Km away. Rodopou is located 30 km west of Chania town and only 5 km away from Kolymbari.

The house is located on the floor and can accommodate up to 4 guests. There is one bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is a double sofa bed which can accommodate the 2 guests as there is a superstructure to make the sofa bed more comfortable, a  flat-screen smart TV with access to the Netflix & Disney. There is also a dining room, a spacious kitchen with refrigerator, stove, filter coffee maker, espresso coffee maker, Toaster, Kettle, orange juicer, microwave. There is one bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and clothes rack. At the patio there is a glass table with chairs where you can take your meals and enjoy drinking your morning tea/coffee or drinking your wine under the sunset and watching the view and an outside shower. The accommodation provides free linen, towels, Wi-Fi free with 50mbps, safe, free private parking, air conditioning system, an iron with ironing board, a hairdryer,bathrobes, disposable toothpaste, disposable toothbrush, disposable slippers, shower gel, soap, BBQ and smoke detector in the kitchen.

Rodopou is located 30 km west of Chania town and only 5 km away from Kolymbari. This village has few inhabitants and remains untouched by tourism. The closest tourist facilities are found in Kolymbari. The architecture of Rodopou is traditional, with narrow streets, stone houses and beautiful churches. The surrounding landscape is lush green and wild.
