Stavros Studio with Pool located in the area of Kato Gerani. Bars, restaurants, mini markets, pharmacies and many other shops can be found in Gerani just a few minutes’ walk away from the apartment. You can drive to Chania airport in 29 minutes and Chania city center is 17 minutes by rental car, or there is a bus stop about 100m away from Stavros Studio.

Stavros Studio has one Double bed, a sofa, a small dining table, a kitchenette with limited cooking facilities, a fridge, a toaster, a microwave and an electric kettle are also available. There is a toilet with shower and balconies at the back and front side. A studio feels quite spacious for a couple, having, in addition to the sleeping area with sliding French window, a seating area with a sofa-bed, separated by a half wall. Each studio can accommodate up to 3 people. The interior of the studios gives a sense of traditional Greek design with their light marble floors, wooden shutter-doors and stone sinks. Each studio has air conditioning and a wall safe box. All apartments are on the ground floor and the beach is 2 minutes walk from the furthest apartments. The swimming pool and restaurant overlook the quiet beach. There is also a maid service provided, with rooms cleaned every other day and linen and towels changed twice a week. Linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided. Wireless internet is available in public areas for free. There is a private parking on site for free.
The outdoor swimming pool is built according to the Greek National Tourism Organization parents have the full responsibility to supervise their children. Children under 12 years old are forbidden to use the swimming pool without the supervision of an adult. Diving is forbidden. Other facilities like a garden, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a community pool are offered onsite.
