Build and prepared with brand new gear ,2 air-condition systems at the apartment, one at the main room and one at the living room, a modern kitchen , comfort sofas , negligible decoration , brand comfort beds and matresses and many more amenities prepared just for you!

With an open space kitchen and dinner area, the living room with the comfort sofa and the Led Smart TV with Netflix already available for you will make your stay only relaxing at day hours. Also there is free Wi-Fi in the apartment!

Finally some more things that you need to know: No pets permitted, smoking is allowed only in outdoor places and we will require you to present a copy of your passport upon arrival at the apartment and fill in the guest form.
