Villa Giorgos with Panoramic Sea View is a comfy and traditional maisonette villa that is located in the area of Stalos, about 7,7 kilometers from Chania’s city center, 1,4Km away the nearest beach of Stalos, 3Km away Agia Marina beach and Chania international Airport is 20,9Km away from the villa. This Villa has 2 levels and offers an amazing view of the sea where you can see from the balcony.

On the first level there is a big patio with a private barbeque, an outdoor heated jacuzzi and a set with outdoor table and chairs. Inside you will find all the mandatory electrical appliances such as microwave, fridge and refrigerator, air conditioning in the living room with two big sofas beds which can accommodate 2 adults, washing machine for dishes and clothes, and an open fireplace. At your disposal there is also a filter coffee maker, a water kettler, a hairdryer, a toaster, and a flat-screen smart TV. There is a toilet with shower for the guests, and a private mini bar with a mini refrigerator. The access to the second level is only by stairs. There are 2 bedrooms and a private toilet with Spa tub and A/C each bedroom . There is an iron & iron board, Clothes rack on the balcony. We provide Free WiFi access.

The beautiful gardens include a good sized common swimming pool, which is shared by the Villas Eva and the neighboring 2-bedroom Villa Giorgos, and a nice barbecue corner. Although some of the best beaches on the island are so close, relaxing by the pool amid the smell of roses and jasmine is very tempting.

In the area of Stalos, there are many traditional taverns, Super market, mini market, cafes. The bus stop is 800m away from the villa. Stalos is located 7km west of Chania, between Kalamaki and Agia Marina. Stalos is well developed and attracts a large number of visitors each summer. Kato Stalos, which is the coastal part of the wider area called Stalos, has a fantastic sandy beach. The beach is very well organized and provides any required touristic services. Therefore, the beach is awarded every year with a blue flag. Pano Stalos, located 150m south, is a beautiful traditional village, surrounded by green hills and amazing formations of rocks. Stalos is an ideal place to stay for holiday. It is close to the city of Chania and offers all necessary services to its visitors. There are also regular bus services to the city of Chania.
