At the ground floor there is a Private kitchen, dining and living space with a cupboard, a satellite TV, a WC, a bathroom with a bathtub, an air conditioning system, a fireplace, triple energy radiators and an amazing sea view and pool view. Also, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, electronic shutters, mosquito screens, a satellite TV, a ceiling fan and an air conditioning system which one of them has a pool view. At patio there are outdoor furniture such as a dining table with chairs as well as sunbeds with umbrellas next to the pool. At the upper floor there is 1 bedroom with a double bed, electronic shutters, mosquito screens, a ceiling fan, air conditioning system, a satellite TV and a bathroom with shower. At the basement there is a gym with a state-of-the-art fitness equipment, an air conditioning system, a ceiling fan and a satellite TV, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a ceiling fan, a bathroom with shower and an entertainment room with a pool table, a TV, a PlayStation, a stereo radio/USB/Cd player, a double sofa bed and an air conditioning system. Each floor has a fire extinguisher.
