It includes a fridge-freezer, electric stove and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, washing machine, filter coffee maker, espresso machine, and all the necessary cookware and kitchen utensils. For your convenience, basic cooking essentials such as olive oil, salt, and pepper are also provided.

On the right-hand side, you will find the cozy living area, featuring a comfortable sofa that easily converts into a bed, suitable for one child.

Continuing through the house, you will reach the bedroom, which offers a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, and a Smart TV for your entertainment.

The property also features a modern bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, and washbasin.

The highlight of the house is its spacious outdoor veranda, where you can unwind while admiring the stunning views of the lush green mountains and the sea.
