The Minoan ruins in its port -Marathi -witness this revolution in the late 19th century, Kagiales, whose monument can be found there. In Sternes you’ll find all the necessaries from mini-market and pharmacies to many traditional taverns. The nearby Marathi and Loutraki have organized beaches with bars and restaurants.

The luxurious villa is 265sqm and it is surrounded by olive trees in an area of 5000sqm. It also has stunning views of the sea and the mountains. Villa Roula has 3 levels.

Lower level consists of Living room, Double bedroom, Bathroom with a bathtub.

Middle level consists of, Open plan including living area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Double bedroom, Bathroom with shower.

Upper level consists of 2 double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and private balcony, Twin bedroom. Bathroom with bathtub.

Villa Roula provides Safety box, Linen and towels, Wardrobe room, Hairdryer, Iron & ironing board, Veranda & balcony, Fireplace, Laundry machine & Dryer, Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi access, Satellite TV and Stereo.

Out from the Villa there is a Swimming pool 50sqm, Children’s pool 20sqm,  Pool shower & WC, Garden, Patio, Outdoor furniture also for dining, Grill/BBQ/Wood oven, Volleyball court, Parking, Sea/Mountain views.

The swimming pool is built according to the Greek National Tourism Organization parents have the full responsibility to supervise their children. Children under 12 years old are forbidden to use the swimming pool without the supervision of an adult. Diving is forbidden.

Akrotiri has many beautiful beaches, most of them protected by the wind and Stavros is one of the most famous ones where Zorba the Greek was filmed. Other well-known beaches are Marathi, Loutraki, Seitan Liman, Kalathas and Tersanas. The first two are just a ten-minute drive from the villa. The airport is also 10min away and the picturesque old town of Chania about 25min. Moreover, there are three beautiful monasteries Agia Triada, Gouverneto and Korakies. Akrotiri also offers walking and hiking paths in the unspoiled nature but most of all spectacular views to the sea and the mountains.
