Alimedon is a villa with private pool in Chania Crete located in the seaside village of Almirida east of Chania. In the green nature of Apokoronas and near the most beautiful beaches of the prefecture, the villa is ideal for relaxation and tranquility. The beach is around 100 meters away from Almyrida village, and nearby you will find pharmacies, gas stations, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Villa is built on a plot of 500 meters and outdoor spaces are designed to offer privacy and functionality. Its construction began in 2000 and has been renovated since then, it consists of two separate floors 60 square meter and 80 square meter. Villa Alimedon can accommodate up to 6 people (+2 guests under request). Both floors are connected by an external staircase and overlook the pool and garden. The villa is fenced and access to the pool is closed by a door so that your kids are safe. It is fully furnished and with all appliances. In the summer period you can taste fresh vegetables from our own garden such as tomatoes, cucumbers etc. Free WiFi access is offered throughout the property. The kitchen has an oven, a microwave and a toaster, as well as a coffee machine. A satellite TV and PS2 are featured. There are two private bathrooms with a bath and shower.

Chania City Center is 18 km away from Villa Alimedon, Réthymno City Center is 26 km and the International Airport of Chania is 12 km away. Free private parking is possible on site.

The seaside village of Almyrida, is only 22 km from the city of Chania. It has one of the most beautiful family organized beaches with blue waters and natural scenery that will enchant you.
Around Almirida you will find traditional villages and wonderful people with warm hearts and friendly ways. The way is accessed either from the airport (30 km), or from the port of Souda (17 km) through the highway. The prefecture of Chania has the most beautiful beaches are distinguished worldwide with blue flags, the best known are (blue pins) Kalyves, Stalos,Almyrida, Platanias, Balos (blue lagoon),  Falasarna, Elafonisi with the pink sand, Paleochora, Sougia, Sfakia etc.
